ADC was appointed by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of the Federal Republic of Somalia to support strategic agricultural implementation.
This appointment positions ADC as an implementation partner within Somalia's agricultural market-development agenda, working alongside — not in place of — the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation. It is a documented implementation role, not a claim of government authority or exclusive national mandate.
